I've been using my new K700i for some time now and feel ready to do a full review about it.

I had never owned a Sony Ericsson before, as I used to be a Nokia man, so I will mainly talk about what I feel is better or worse from my old mobile - the Nokia 6600.

Could this finally be the first RSS agregator (that I know of) that sorts posts globally by chronological order?

As I said in my previous post I'm looking for a new mobile phone. Currently I'm considering the following options:

• Another Nokia 6600
• • The Good:
  • • Nokia Factor: I'm used to Nokia and most people I know use Nokias. So it's always easy to find a Nokia Charger wherever I am. And Nokia still sets the standards in this biz.
    • Memory can be upgraded via MMC cards.
  • The Bad:
  • • It's huge
    • Doesn't have integrated FM Radio or MP3 Player
      
• Sendo X
• • The Good:
  • • Speed! This baby has a 120Mhz Arm Processor a DSP and a Graphics Coprocessor.
    • The Now! screen. No idea why Nokias don't have this.
    • Memory can be upgraded via MMC cards and MMCs can be hot swapped.
    • Upgradeable firmware.
  • The Bad:
  • • Price. Slightly more expensive than the other two.
    • Kinda ugly.
    • Joypad isn't that good. In fact it sucks.
    • Lots of Software problems.

• • The Good:
  • • Small.
    • Nice Design.
    • Good UI.
      
  • The Bad:
  • • Memory can't be increased. It would be perfect with a memory stick.
    • No Opera browser.
      
    • Poor battery life.
    • Not a Series 60 Phone.
      

Anyone knows of an alternative to this 3 phones with roughly the same specs? Important features are: Camera, Bluetooth, Memory, Decent Calendar, Usability, ...

Other options would be Motorola Linux based smartphones like the E398 or E680 but I'm not sure about linux on a smartphone as I never tested it. Is there a decent application base for it?

Third time in a year I had to go to a Police Station report a theft :-( I'm thinking about asking them for a regular-customer card.

First it was my car audio, stolen precisely a year ago (on my birthday for christ sake), right in front of my house. Then, about 4 months later, someone decided to repeat the act by stealing my brand new car audio (luckily the insurance company had paid for this one) in the parking lot of the university where I teach. Both times they smashed my right side window to get in. And in the same period I also have been ripped of two car antennas.

But this time it was too much, someone stole my Nokia 6600. I already reported it to the local authorities and gave them its IMEI. I hope they can track the bastard.

Meanwhile I'm looking for a replacement phone. I still don't know if I should buy another 6600 or go with the Sendo X.

The 6600 its a great phone but I was getting some software problems from it. I like the way mobile phones are getting more like computers all the time, but having to reboot them once in a while reminds of a particular OS that I don't use anymore.

The Sendo X has a very atractive set of features, its smaller than the 6600, and you can upgrade its firmware via its supplied USB cable. But what really makes me like it is its Now! screen that acts as a screen saver and shows important stuff like your activities for the day, lost calls, ...
